All sales are FINAL. There are no exchanges/refunds after purchase. Crystals are made from Mother Earth, be aware that there will be raw spots, natural cracks, natural coloration, and imperfection. Please be sure to inspect the video/pictures/info, as we do our best to capture any flaws and state them in the info. All man-made/heated/dyed will be stated in the info section.
